Hello

Am enclosing an attachment of the batch recalls of insulin injection.

Its an old article of 2013 but plz ensure that this batch of Insulin injection is not been taken from your family members if they are on insulin.

Always suggest the patient who is on insulin ,to roll the pen with cartridge for 2minutes so that the liquid inside gets mixed properly .

There are two different solutions inside the cartridge that has to be properly mixed before it enters inside the patient.

One more thing is also ensure that the pharmacist from where you are procuring the insulin cartridge is storing it in the right temperature conditions.

PLz don't store the cartridge in the freezer(don't freeze) but in the door of the fridge.
