Dear All,

Here is a great opportunity to save a life and add to your own good health.
On the 15th (Sunday) of September, between 10 am and 2pm, all are requested to come to the Clubhouse to donate blood voluntarily . Please pass on this information to your near and dear ones and to friends who are interested. Let us come together to make a community that turns up in hordes to donate blood. I request residents to call up or personally write at the lobby in clubhouse (*008) and confirm participation(to estimate turnout ).Last minute volunteers are also welcome on the day of the camp.
Some info for donors:
* The Blood Donors should be in the age group of 18 and 65 years.
* Body weight minimum 45 kgs for male and 50 kgs for female.
* Avoid empty stomach blood donation.
* A blood donor form will be given to be filled,with donor address,phone,email and some basic information of the donor and every donor will be subjected to medical examination,like BP, Hb%,Blood group,etc.,and only if found fit will be asked to donate blood.We always say that one has to be lucky if you want to donate blood and save lives.
* Avoid Alcohol the previous day.Have breakfast before donating.
* After donation rest for 15 to 20 minutes,take some donor refreshment,collect your Certificate and then leave.
* Don't climb staircase for atleast 30 minutes after donation,use lift or elevator to go up.
* Disposable Needles and Sachets will be used seperately for each donor.
* Expert Doctors and Para-medical staff will be always ready to assist.
* A Special Certificate of Appreciation will be given to the Resident welfare Association for supporting a Noble Cause.

Gangamma Circle is about 3-4 kms from Mathikere for the one who is coming from Malleswaram side and again similar distance of 3-4 kms from Ayyappa temple, Dasaralli Circle for those coming from NH4 (Tumkur) highway.

This apartment Prestige is located right in the one of the corners of Gangamma circle and on entering our main gate, please refer my name Ganesh Shenoy and flat no.3022 (extension no.*400) to the security guards to get in. The camp is held in ground floor car parking slots of 6th tower (club house).
