Procedure to get Voter id Registered:

• Download Form6 from http://ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in/Forms/Form6.pdf
• Complete the form by filling ward, constituency name, number, etc
• Attach copies of Photo ID proof and Address proof & Two photos
  
• Hand over filled forms to the EC suboffice or BBMP ARO at your ward office
• Do collect the acknowledgment from the ARO after submitting the form Forms will be collected @ Ward office till July 10, 2015.

Please Note: If your voter registration is done then card is not a must for voting. Just need to carry any ID proof for voting.
