I will set up another meeting with Medicare reps - Let's prepare ourselves for the best possible deal (should be beneficial to both Residents, Medicare & to the environment as well).

If necessary, we shall discuss before the next meeting with Medicare.

2.Certificate medical collection name also should have word group of apartments where in it will benefit for their documentation  by attaching annexure attachment .

Ok, we shall consider these changes in the final version of MOU document.

Before reaching that stage....

All,

  Medicare reps raised few concerns, set in green color.

1. About number of collection points, they would like to have single point of collection

2. About including additional apartment/s in the group - they are suggesting revised higher slab, it means increase in the disposal cost per flat.

What are the thoughts we must consider to go with this implementation?

Hello Venu,

Do we have any other alternative? If not, let us not delay much much and try for best possible deal even if the cost is bit more. But we must have collection points in each apartment. Let us put this condition and proceed further.

Good suggestion.

I spoke to Satya y'day for scheduling next meeting, both Satya and Sesi Reddy are not available till Sunday 23rd Oct. I have confirmed to meet on Sunday.

Good news is Medicare is considering all 6 apartments for 100 KG slab, however, if it exceeds there would be revised price to pay extra.

For additional points (anything more than 6 apartments) - the contract will move to next slab (200 KGs, for INR 5500/-).

The only item left to decide is number of collection points. As per Medicare it should be single point of collection. We need to deal on this point.
