Contaminated water and Other Issues

Dear Mr. Pande, Mrs. Swati and Team,
As discussed with your Office, We at Amrut Ganga have been receiving contaminated water in our Utility Taps since past two Months.
It seems like Flush Tank Water (Recycled Water) has been getting mixed with the Utility Water.
Because of this many people are facing skin diseases and constipation issues, many people are already sick because of this issue.
At this moment we have stopped water supply from the Flush Tank, so we don’t have any water supply in the flush tanks.
I understand that your group will take serious note of this matter as this has been affecting people’s health.
Please find attached a snap of the water that we are receiving in the Utility Taps, it smells like hell.
(As a precautionary measure we have sent samples of the Water we receive in utility taps to a reputed Lab in Pune and expecting results by tomorrow)
We request you to look in to this matter on highest priority,

This email is being sent to you in the capacity of the Secretary of Amrut Ganga L1 Co-operative society Ltd. Pune. This communication generally represents the key issues faced by the society and its attempts to put them across to the developer.
We have been struggling since last two years and have attempted to resolve the following few issues:
1.The Society hand over has taken place however Goel Ganga has been reluctant to transfer our maintenance funds in one go. We are being handed out paltry amounts every month and even the interest being paid on the said deposit is much lower than the bank rates
of interests. We have been continuously following the same up with the so called designated people however have had no solution.
2. The Developer has not established a Federation and major problems related to common Amenities are unsolved due to lack of Body corporate .
3. Conveyance is one issue which we feel is not dependent on you completing the entire set of buildings and selling them at your leisure. Its a need of the soicety so that key issues of residents could be solved.
There are also various other problems like water shortage etc.
We understand that you will be visiting Ganga Bhagyoday Today. We demand a dialogue with you and request you to spare few minutes from your schedule so that these problems could be discussed at arms-length.
