Now that we are part of the Federation, we are having additional expenses running the maintenance activities in the society.
Every month we are required to submit close to
RS 57,000 to the federation,
Monthly Electricity Bill is around RS 25,000,
Housekeeping RS 20000, and
Lift maintenance RS 6500
That sums up to close to RS 1, 20,000 / - per month.
With this we do not really have running money in hand to manage the monthly expenses because of very less people contributing regularly.
Most of the Owners having Tenants in the Flat are not contributing regularly, following up with the Tenants becomes difficult and we do not get definitive answers.
Some vacant flat owners do not at all pay mentainance, this is one of the challenges.
This is a humble request to all the members to pay the maintenance charges till June 2016 on highest priority.
If the maintenance is not paid on time, the committee has all rights to stop garbage collection and water supply to the flats.
Also, we are planning for an all members meeting on Sunday, 19th June, to discuss all ongoing issues and challenges ahead, time of the meeting will be decided as per maximum availability.
Hopefully, 5.00pm or 9.00pm should be fine with all, please let us know your preferences, so that we can decide on the time.
