As you know we have been making a very good progress in maintaining our society, very recently we added few more amenities for the safety and comfort of the members like...

Implementation of CC TV Cameras

Intercom Connections for all

Amendments in the Security systems

Contaminated water issue is almost resolved...

We are also working on items like reducing the electricity usage and effective usage of Lifts and Lights

There are much more things we have in plans like stickers for all vehicles and other initiatives by all members of the society…

Let’s make it a happy environment for all…

We have a kind request to all to pay the Maintenance dues till 2015 which is as follows

Owners – RS 500 per month

Tenants – RS 550 per month

There is a revision in the maintenance amount starting from January 2016 as mentioned below,

Owners – RS 1000

Tenants – RS 1200

As always, this forum is open for any new ideas and discussions, I agree, sometimes there are Hot discussions, but it is always part and parcel of life…
