The Rhythm of the Universe in the Body.
On the above line digging further i Learned few ways and This is was I learned and believed.:-
1. In every inhalation, we receive the universe; in every exhalation, we return to it.
2. This awareness transforms breathing from a physical act into a spiritual practice. Each breath becomes a teacher.
3. A Simple Practice of Awareness
4. Sit quietly for a few minutes every day.
5. Without changing your breath, simply observe: which nostril is more open right now?
6. Notice how your mind feels, how your thoughts move.
7. Are you calm or restless, inward or outward?
Practicing the above You will begin to see the connection, the breath changes with every mood, and every mood is influenced by the breath. For once you become aware, the breath itself begins to teach.
