Tat Tvam Asi – “Thou art That”
The Self is the true essence of this universe. It is the same essence that lives in every soul, and it is the essence of your own life. This means: You are one with the universe.
If anyone thinks, “I am separate from others,” even in the smallest way, sorrow will follow. Real happiness comes only when we realize that we are all connected, that we are one with everything around us.
In simple words it means for todays' young students that "Oneness is the secret of joy".
When you see yourself in others, you will never feel lonely, and you will always find peace
தத் த்வம் அசி – “நீயே அது”
இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் உண்மையான சாரம் தான் ஆத்மா. அது எல்லா உயிர்களிலும் உள்ளது. அது உன் வாழ்க்கையிலும் உள்ளது. அதாவது – நீயும் இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தோடு ஒன்றே.
யாராவது “நான் மற்றவர்களிடம் வேறுபட்டவன்” என்று நினைத்தால்—even சிறிய அளவிலும்—அவருக்கு துக்கம் வரும். உண்மையான சந்தோஷம், நாம் எல்லோரும் ஒன்றே என்று உணரும்போது தான் கிடைக்கும்.
இளம் தலைமுறைக்கு செய்தி:
ஒன்றுபட்ட உணர்வு தான் மகிழ்ச்சியின் ரகசியம். மற்றவர்கள் உன்னைப் பார்க்கும்போது, தனிமை இல்லை; அமைதி எப்போதும் உன்னுடன் இருக்கும்.
