In the sacred village of Arupathi, situated about five kilometers from Mayiladuthurai on the Mayiladuthurai–Tharangambadi route, the holy temple of

Sri Dharma Sastha — Sri Harihara Putra Swami with Sri Poorna Pushkalamba — is gracefully blessing devotees.

By divine grace, the Maha Kumbabhishekam of this temple has been scheduled to take place on June 7.

In connection with this grand sacred occasion, arrangements are being made for

Yagasala Homa Dhravyams, Sivacharaya's Sambhavana and 

Annadhanam (feeding of devotees).

Participating in such divine services is indeed a rare spiritual blessing.

The elders have said:

“Annadhanam is the highest charity,”

and

“The grace of Lord Sastha will always stand by those who render service unto Him.”

It has been estimated that the expense for the Yagasala materials of this temple alone is Rs. 22,300/-.

Further, as the Annadhanam too should be conducted in a grand manner, we lovingly request devotees to contribute whatever they can and receive the divine grace and blessings of Sri Dharma Sastha.

“Arupathi” is not merely an unfamiliar name heard by many.

The truth is that the Sri Ayyanar residing there Himself is calling us.

Without His Divine Eill, not even a leaf can move.

Therefore, with the joyous feeling that “Swami Himself has granted us this opportunity,” we humbly request you to offer, with devotion, whatever amount you are able to contribute — even if it is just Re. 1/-.

இத்தகைய தெய்வீக பணிகளில் பங்கேற்பது அரிய புண்ணியமாகும்.
“அன்னதானம் பரமோதானம்” என்றும்,
“சாஸ்தா கைங்கர்யம் செய்திடுவோர்க்கு அவன் அருள் துணை நிற்கும்” என்றும் பெரியோர் கூறியுள்ளனர்.
இந்த கோவிலின் யாகசாலை பொருட்களுக்கான செலவு ரூ.22300/- மட்டுமே என்று பேசப்பட்டிருக்கிறது .
மேலும் அன்னதானமும் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற வேண்டும் என்பதால், பக்தர்கள் தங்களால் இயன்ற அளவு உதவி செய்து, ஸ்ரீ தர்ம சாஸ்தாவின் அருட்கடாட்சத்தை பெற அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்.
“ஆறுபாதி” — பலருக்கும் புதிதாய் கேட்கும் பெயர் அல்ல. அங்கிருக்கும் ஸ்ரீ ஐயனார் நம்மைத் தாமே அழைக்கிறார் என்பதே உண்மை.
அவரது திருவுளமின்றி ஒரு இலை கூட அசையாது.
ஆகையால், “ஸ்வாமி நமக்கு இந்த வாய்ப்பை அருளியிருக்கிறார்” என்ற ஆனந்த உணர்வுடன்,
உங்களால் இயன்ற தொகையை — அது ரூ.1/- ஆக இருந்தாலும் கூட — பக்தியுடன் சமர்ப்பிக்குமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
