candidates in India...not only Amrita. Amrita candidates can apply for
student exchanges only, final years can apply for full degree, other
Indian candidates can apply for full degree programs...

First Call for Applications (First Cohort)
Application period: Nov 30th, 2012 - Feb 18th, 2013

India4EU II - ERASMUS MUNDUS Scholarship is Back!!

India4EU II is an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 project funded by the
European Commission and organized by a Partnership of some the most
prestigious universities in Europe and India. Amrita Vishwa
Vidyapeetham is the co-coordinator in this prestigious project along
with Politecnico Di Torino, Italy.

India4EU II provides scholarships to nationals of India to spend a
mobility period in Europe on a wide variety of academic fields at
different levels of study (Undergraduate, Master, Doctorate, Post-
Doctorate and Staff). The scholarships cover subsistence allowances,
travel costs, tuition/registration fees and insurance costs. Amrita
Students - undergraduates, Masters, Doctorate candidates and staff are
eligible for this program.

Currently enrolled Amrita Students (Target 1) are eligible for student
exchanges only. F inal year UG students wanting to apply for Masters
Degree Programs to apply as Target 2 provided that they will have
graduated within the deadline set by the host university. The same is
valid for Master students willing to apply for PhD Degree Programs and
for PhD students willing to apply for Post Doc. They also have to fill
out a Statement of Commitment provided in the website:

check with the host university before applying.
