Late possession interest

How are you all planning to seek interest for the delay in possession? Also, does the builder buyer agreement specify the interest rate payable by the Builder?

​How is the process of pocession going on. Has any of you have been able to get pocession of the Villa, if so kindly let me know the procedure for the same.

 

Iam facing lot of problem in getting the same.
