For villas sold after the High Court verdict in 2012/2013/14, how can the sale price offered by the Builder Not include the extra compensation by default. When it is known to the builder that extra compensation is to be given, isn't it obvious that the price offered by thr builder takes that into account.

For villas sold prior to the verdict it is understandable since at that point the builder was selling at his original cost but after the verdict how can they add a new head that wasn't originally disclosed.
