I have heard that there was a meeting between Bldr and Villa owners last month. If someone can update me on this forum it would be helpful.

If there is any update on the meeting kindly share.

I would Like to share that in our last visit to the site I was told that the procession for 1st lot is expected to be before March,15. If any one has got procession please share.

They have sent possession letters to make payment for a group of villas in A block.
Asked for final payment, farmers compensation charges of 50/sq ft. And have asked to sign No objection Certificate so that they can complete the villa work in 90 days..very shady..& tricky ..the NOC, the 90 day period etc..possession letter means the work should be complete by the time they ask for payment.

For how many Vilas they ​have sent possesion letter. Any idea....

 

How can they ask extra compensation when they had confirmed that they would keeptheir price firm. Are everyone agreeing to pay this extra charges???

 

What about builder's compensation to the buyer's for delay in giving the possession?
