Dear Friends,

As you all know that the Project “Amrapali Verona Heights” in which we all have invested our hard earned money is nowhere even after three and half years of launch. Construction speed is extremely slow, as a result of that many of us have not got even a single demand in last the 1.5 years. Construction activities have come to standstill. Most of us have paid more than 55% of the total flat cost and builder is doing nothing.

As you all know we as a group, with your cooperation and support, under the leadership of NEFOWA tried hard to bring builder on the talking table to know the reason behind this inordinate delay and their plan to deliver the project within the promised time-frame. But even after a series of meetings with higher management in the last one year, nothing concrete has been achieved. We have met Directors of M/S Amrapali Group, Vice-Presidents, CRM Personnel’s, however every time they made promises (speed up the Construction) but without any change in the milestones. 

So at present situation is that even after 42 months of launching the project they are unable to complete 10 Floors in any tower. Few of the towers are at podium/basement level only. Today’s situation is extremely bad for all of us and even future is looking very uncertain and grim. It does not seem that they will deliver this project even by 2020 using any project estimates. Every construction schedule that they have shared with us has failed miserably. Most of us are paying EMIs & Rent both, on the other side builder is possibly investing our money (via demands) somewhere else.

So this situation is unacceptable and we cannot sit keeping our finger crossed & allow the builder to exploit us. We all have to show our strength and ensure that they deliver the project at the earliest possible. For this we all have to behave as one team and represent ourselves in strongest possible manner in front of the builder. To make this possible, we as a group of more than 400 buyers decided to form an Association named ‘Amrapali Verona Heights Flat Buyers Welfare Association”. 

Very soon, we are going to register this association to institutionalize it to give the group a “legal” status. You all are requested & welcomed to join us in this journey to support us and yourselves in this mutual endeavour to safeguard our hard earned money and get our flats on time without further delay. Hi,

Is there any update on the project progress, I guess there is no work going on any of the Amrapali projects. If any one has any good news, then please share. I see there is hardly any discussion happening in this group.

Nothing happening at any project of Amrapali.
Even there is no email or phone of Amrapali where we could get a response from them.
