It gives me immense pleasure that I am communicating with Amrapali Head first time however simultaneously it gives me immense sorrow n shock that you are taking a stern action against our representative Mr Vineet Verma.This is unjust n unfair.
I request you to deplete the membrane, which is forming between your management and hard earn buyers, which is widening due to conflicts and lack of communications.
It is pertinent to mention here that we along with Mr. Vineet Verma, the buyers are trying to communicate many times either through emails or phones with your management for fixing meeting with you but failed to receive the reply from your good self and your management side.
We all buyers, approximately 2000 of leisure park, are trying to think to have our dream project flats but due to unavoidable/avoidable circumstances we are not able to acquire our dreamed flats. Sir, you can not take such decision for a single buyer pl take action on all buyers who have taken the flats in your leisure park dream project because we all are facing same situation as Mr Vineet is feeling and then return our deposited moneys as per the terms and condition with 36% ROI.
As in your mail you have written that Amrapali is facing a huge loss due to supreme court verdict is not agree able. In my opinion we buyers have already paid 90 to 100% amount just one or more year back for leisure park flats. Hence its now your responsibility to handover the flats to all buyers as soon as possible. Because we are not at fault.
We can understand your problems that it takes time to complete such a big project but it has already crossed the limit of period of completion of flats (30 months + 6 months +18 months as per terms and conditions since year 2010 between seller and buyers).
As it was promised by you and your management that E1 and E2 tower will be handed over by 31 Dec 2015 but till date that promise is not fulfilled in spite of our repeated communications and meetings.
We all are middle class families and earn our hard core money by hard work. Most of us are paying EMIs and rent of about Rs. 30 k to 35 k per month which will continue as a huge loss till the shifting to our dreamed flats. Just think if you were given our flat timely then this huge loss of most of us could not be happened and all buyers might pray for you instead of preying as of now. It is my benign request that please discover some remedial solution for all of us so that all of us can acquire our flats at the earliest and maintain cordial relationship with you.
Yesterday when all of us seating in the reception area nobody from your management side came for the discussion however tea n water were served from inside as an hospitality for buyers. Even all of us sitting peacefully for a long time. Can't you think that this was welcome of us or disregard of us. I am unable to understand.
Just have meeting with us and convey us the root cause that why you are not able to provide the flats on time. We can understand that there may be so many hurdles and challenges for the completion of project but sir please tell what is our fault. We all have given our hard core money as per your demand letters time to time.
Now the ball is in your court so please share with us your further strategical plan if any. I can understand that it was you a person who assured through the media to the world during Kisan struggle that no buyers will be suffered, then why we are all suffering now.
PLEASE TELL.
We all will be with you if you provide any constructive solution otherwise we all will be against you for any destructive decision which you are going to take.It is once again requested that kindly revoke your stern action which you are taking against Mr. Vineet Verma.
It is also pertinent to mention here that there is a solution of each and every problem before reaching to legal proceedings.
