Hi Himanshu,

Yes if you are a new buyer you will get intimation for builder and buyer aggrement.

sorry for delayed response from group. But I just want to know if you have just purchased flat in leisure park.

All dear members of group, as now land issue seems resolved so please update all news you have in regards to construction or any grievances please share those things here.

We will try to take that forward with builder.

Support from everyone is desired.

Thanks,
Amit Tripathi

Hi,
I am a new buyer and booked flat in Leisure park in July 2012. I also received Letter for signing BBA on 29th August 2012. On 8th Sept. 12 I went to their corporate office to submit documents to initiate process for Signing BBA. To my surprise they (Mr. Sashi Ranjan) informed me that before signing BBA I need to deposit additional 10%. I was informed while booking of flat in July that next 10% will only be demanded only after the project become bankable. I also inquired at Bank of Maharashtra (BOM) [Mr. kamal] regarding disbursement of loans. He informed that they have send their proposal for disbursing loans for noida ext. projects and waiting reply from their higher authorities........However there is catch 22 situation. Bank will only disburse Loan when you will submit a copy of BBA along with other documents and BBA will only be signed when you will pay additional 10%.

Dear Monalisa,

Yes, I have received letter from Builder today regarding request for 10 percent payment of our Flat Cost. But, as per our agreement we have to pay 10 percent when Builder cast first floor.

So, I request U all group members to please share ur views on this demand.

Regards,

Dharmendra Rawat.

I guess all the buyers are getting this latter. I am not sure what should we do. So what is our stand on this matter. Should we give this installment or should wait till work resume in full swing.

Ved Bhai, can we start another thread on this.

Dear All,

I think if anyone has surplus money and he is very sure about now there will not be any hurdle then in that case they can give some money to builder but if you have any doubt then I will advice not to give any money.

And one thing we must note, builder can not force us for same, and if builder will talk about financial burden which he bare during last year then we also bare same for 1 year by paying rent and EMI together.

So what is my opinion about this is, payment to builder is totally based on your discretion and if someone has surplus money and builder is ready to give surety about this then they can go ahead for payment else I would not suggest to pay.

Regards,
Amit

Hi all,
Today I called up amrapalli office and had a word with one of the person who was in charge for all payments and loans for my flat
Actually he is from the same state to which I belong to.
So I just called him to enquire about it,he said not to worry and not to make any payment for the letter send.
As I enquired further he said as you have already paid more than 30% you don't have to make any payment.
They are just trying to figure out if any one can pay the 10%  and who has not made payment of 10% also.
