Amrapali Silicon City Possession issues

 I am the owner of Amrapali Silicon City Flat no. G-1203A.  I got the possession intimation letter on 22nd March 2014.  After that I went and met the Amrapali CRM people - Pankaj, Divya etc. several times till May 2014.  I was suppossed to get the Possession of my flat by 22nd August 2013 (which inludes + 6 Months grace period).  First thing is I booked the flat in April 2014, but Amrapali showed this date as February 2014 in their CRM data and charged interest in my account.  I have the complete  record then also they are refusing to change this date in their CRM data. Finally after several argument and showing all the proof, they revised the Interest charged in my account.  But after several reminders also they did not issue the Demand letter for the final payment.  In September 2014, they mailed me scanned copy of demand letter without any signature and company seal.  I asked them to courier the original demand letter, but did not receive the same till May 2015.  Hence I finally went and met Mr.Vivek Dixit (CRM Head) - (Mobile number 9899228791, he has been appointed in place of Pankaj) on 2nd May 2015.  This time also he told the same story and on top of it initially refused to pay the complete penalty for giving late possession and after several argument agreed to pay the penalty for only 7 months (i.e. from 22nd August 2013 to  22nd March 2014).  But I was supposed to get the penalty from 22nd August 2013 to till date). Neeraj has agreed that the mistake is on their side. But as a parrot saying the same thing that can't give penalty for more than 7 months.  I have the complete recording of this conversation.

Only on 2nd May, after compelling them to give the original demand letter, they issued the same. Also the quality of Construction is extremely bad. But, I am not going to leave them for this cheating.  I am planning to go legal.  Can we take legal action as a group / association.  If anyone is interested, please let me know.  I am marking CC of this mail to the MD of Amrapali also.  

Team, Keep the MD of Amrapali in CC of all your mail.  Fill his inbox with all the complaints.  Atleast then, let us see, when he has the courtesy to respond to any of our mails

I have faced the same issue, everyone behaves like deaf and dumb. I wrote several emails and in my emails I copied the MD, however I have not received any response from any of the them including the MD.. It's like hitting your head against a wall.

We as an association has to take severe legal action against Amrapali (if require in 'Gabbar is back" style 😊).

Loan disbursement by banks to Amrapali silicon city is stopped, as the builder did not made the payment for purchase of land.

Sent the below mail ti Amrapali.

Dear Neeraj,

Further to my meeting with you on 9th May 2015, I approached LIC housing Finance for disbursement of loan for possession amount. But got msg from LIC today that they stopped disbursement of loan for Amrapali Silicon city project, because Amrapali is yet to pay the full amount of land acquisition.

Please give us a solution as to how to proceed further.
Amrapali has already delayed the
possession by 1 year and 9 months and we were supposed to get the possesion in Aug,13, which is inclusive of 6 months grace period. Also Amrapali is not ready to make delayed possession penalty for more than 7 months.

This is not acceptable to us. Give us a solution to solve this issue. Otherwise, without any option we have to go legal.
