Hi Team,
I am Saumya Tripathi, owner of Flat No - A1 -1208, silicon city phase 2. I have booked this flat in Dec 2014 & have paid nearly 90% of amount till date.
While purchasing flat, it was promised that since structure is already ready, flat should be delivered by Aug 2015. I would like to know tentative timeline for my flat possession.
In Apr 2016 Amrapali promised to start delivery of my tower flats by Oct 2016, complete 1 year has passed and nothing have been done by Amrapali for delivery of project.
In Jan 2016 Amrapali again promised to deliver tower A1 by May 2017 (attaching presentation for reference). I would like to understand what is the issue with tower A1 and what is timeline for delivery.
I would also like to understand even in any case why no communication in performed from amrapali end regarding possession.
Hope to have prompt response from your end.
Anil Sir : May I have your input on this, as per your promise on National Media you will deliver projects by Dec 2016.

This refers to the appended, There were several unavoidable circumstances which and hampered construction pace/speed, Now we have targeted the scheduled shared ...and would try to stick on that...
Also When possession intimation is being raised Tower specific now unit specific.

During my last visit of tower A1 (23rd Apr 2016), I observed that even the brick work of 12th floor is not complete so I would like to know the reason of this (attaching snaps for reference).
