Dear Maintainence team,

I have flat O001 at Amrapali silicon city.

We are facing the problem of water clogging in the washrooms for the last 7 days.

Upon making complaint to maintenance a person visited and said you have to make another complaint as water clogging problem is from the basement.

I am very surprised this way of handling of complaints as I am paying maintenance and have also paid full maintainence for upto Dec 2020.

This water clogging issue should be addressed immediately as this may cause damage to the flat.

This is REMINDER 2.

My bathroom drainage is blocked.After 4 calls also it's not done.

The water is not going in drain.

I pay maintenance but maintainence is not working ony problem for 7 days.

Kindly look into it.
