W Tower progress.

Hi friends,
I have a unit in W tower of Amrapali Silicon and as per builder buyer agreement the possession has to be delivered by September 2013, however till date no intimation has been received w.r.t the progress of construction and expected date of possession.
On my visit at the site, the available staff express their inability to provide furthet tentative time for the possession. It was strange to see that there was no construction activities and the labour deployment were also very minimal.
Intending to take legal action against the builder for cheating and wrongful gains.
Would request to add me in the WhatsApp group of W tower owners association.

Hello Pankaj,

I too have a flat in tower W and I visited the site on 03/07/16 and there is no work happening. When I last visited the site in May, I was told that a new construction co. has been hired and the work will resume in June. But I did not see any progress. Is there a common forum where we as a group can escalate our concerns ?

Hello Pankaj,

We too have a flat in the W tower. We are extremely frustrated, and to add to the frustration, we recently got a call from one of the property dealers in Noida saying that W tower has some legal issue, due to which only this tower does not have any construction progress for more than a year now.
