Regarding maids gang up - serious concern for residents

Hi,

This is a serious concern regarding the maids. They neither wish to work seriously nor they allow any other maid to come to work if the are removed from job. They gang up in the society just telling others that so n so madam is too much bossy or have issues with work or unwanted leaves. There is neither any regulation on there monthly charges. I mean on that too they gang up n try to forcefully reset the monthly salary. Even the tower guards are like they cannot send any maid. I donot understand living in a society its next to impossible to handle such kind of harrasment by staff n maids. Its too much of a stress along with professional commitments since its next to impossible to deal with these things on daily basis.

Please make some regulations on these maids first on salary structures n secondly on the ganging up or atleast allow us options of maids somewhere so that we donot just keep on waiting for guards to send to our house to talk n decide to keep or not.
