Regarding monopoly of ironwala

Hi,

I m a resident of v tower and this has been an issue with presswala that he is not regular in picking up clothes. Problem is no other tower presswala picks up if we wish to and tower specific either have some personal problem or time problem making it hard for us to have regular services. Is there no solution to this problem? Can we have instead of one two or more options so that each presswala is accountable for his services or else people can switch to other one?If not then please confirm if i need to figure out a solution myself instead of expecting at society level.
