A group of 62 buyers has filed a case. Supreme Court has accepted it for hearing!

A case has been filed in Supreme Court and accepted by SC! Hearing to start from 16th Nov 2020!

As of today, 62 buyers have already joined the Association. The number of members in the Association is increasing by each passing day! Day by day association is getting stronger.

You might have already given 20-40 Laks  Rupees to builders so for - with no hope when your flat will be really yours with all the facilities as promised in BBA.
