Additional Compensation

Hi All 

I have got a letter for paying additional compensation from the builder on behalf of compensation being paid to farmers as per supreme court verdict .

As per the letter although the compensation has to be paid to GNIDA @ RS 50/ sqft. 

Any body has paid this amount and what is the process to pay the same and any idea on the last date

Many owners of T8 & T10 have already paid the amount. You need to give demand draft of the "sqft of your flat x Rs.50" in favor of GNIDA. I have also paid the same. Many meetings happened to get the waiver but ALR management didn't agree.

The demand draft has to be given to the builder or directly to GNIDA ?

- Can the DD of ICICI bank will work or they prefer only Nationalized bank ?

- Payable at should be Greater Noida , right ?

- Will they provide receipt for this amount ?

Pls. don't pay anything against compensation. We are strongly denying this thru. letter being sent within a day or two, if not replied, planned for joint legal action and as I know, approx. 100 peoples have given their consent.

Join HIKE, then you can only know the current status.
