As far as I am aware, the cemetery is on the left side of the La Residentia plot, on the other side of the road.

The court has ordered demolition of certain part only and not the entire
projects of Amarapali. However, it is not clear whether LA Residentia is
also affected.

Hi, why not someone confirm from the Management of Amrapali?

Its really unethical system we have, whole years they allow construction then court says to demolish, does it happen like this anywhere in world?

What authority were doing while being constructed? Did these developers construct without getting "clearance" from authority?

Its big concern and should not be ignored by all stakeholders.

We have meeting with ALR Director and they show us none of Khasra number belong to ALR which mentioned in HC order.

We are safe as per documentation provided by Sanjeev, ALR director in the meeting.

We have another next meeting on 18th Oct with Sanjeev with all question/concerned pending for answer with current case.
