Vide order dated 25.05.2022, NCLT New Delhi Bench - II has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against La Residentia Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Hon. Tribunal has appointed Sh. Naveen Jain as Resolution Professional on proposal of Creditor.

Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') is a recovery mechanism  under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, for the creditors of a corporate debtor. A corporate debtor means a company or Limited Liability Partnership ('LLP') that owes a debt to its creditors.

As per Advt issued in several Newspapers, till 8-June-2022. all claimants can file their claim before or by 8th June 2022.

Note that LA Residentia needs to hand over 632 flats by Dec 2022. You know progress on the ground. isn't it? :- lol

Form need to be sent by registered post or by hand (take receiving)
