Registration of Agreement to Sub-lease

Hello All,

Can anyone inform about the process for the registration of agreement to Sub-lease.  I received possession of my flat in the tower - 15 in April, 2017. Today, I received an email from La-residentia stating that I need to register the agreement to sub-lease by UP goverment's directive. However, the actual registry will happen later.

They asked to contact the specific lawyer for details about the procedure. 

I wanted to know that how much time is required in this process. I am asking this as I am in Kuwait at present.

Also, is it mandatory to bring my wife for the procedure (she is co-owner).

Any advise/information is appreciated.
