Anyone has seen the news where Allahabad high court is ordering demolition of Amrapali, Supertech and some other builders...

The court ordered that the construction on land in Patwari village, said to be belonging to a cemetry, be demolished within two months.

Is La residentia also developed on cemetry land ?

The court has ordered demolition of certain part only and not the entire projects of Amarapali. However, it is not clear whether LA Residentia is also affected.
