Dear Directors (Amrapali Group),

This email is in continuation to our visit at Amrapali HQ on 30-May-2015 on Saturday regarding handing over the memorandum to you duly signed by 93 AEP fellow residents.

To our bad fortunes none of the Directors were available in office on that day and we were promised by Shri Mohd Sajid (AGM Marketing) that he would ensure to arrange a meeting with one of you in 7 days of time, however after multiple follow ups even after 26 days we are still waiting for any such meeting to be arranged.

A copy of the memorandum was handed over to the PA of Shri Shiv Priya Ji and the same was kept on his office table for his kind attention.

Further we had sent the hard copy of this memorandum to Shri Anil Sharma Ji via Speed Post dated 04-June-2015, the same has been delivered by Indian Post on 05-June-2015 at Amrapali HQ.

In this memorandum we have highlighted the major issues at Amrapali Eden Park which are directly related to life and safety of the residents and their families living here. In this memorandum covering we have also requested to give us time as per your convenience to a delegation of residents to discuss the issues highlighted in the memorandum.

Today after 3 weeks of this memorandum being delivered by speed post we are still waiting to hear from Amrapali Management on when such meeting can be scheduled.

We again request for your kind attention to personally look into the issues reported by us and provide us a suitable date and time when we could meet you (Amrapali Directors) as we presume there is a lack of rightful representation for this project on ground which seems to be an orphan now for more than a year.
