Hi Vishwadeep,

With reference to our discussion with Shri Mohit Gupta Ji on 04-Jul-15, it was decided that during visits by teams of Amrapali (Electric,Lifts, Gym/Swimming Pool, Construction, Safety etc) a representative of AEP Maitri Nyas would be included to be part of such discussions so that residents concerns are appropriately taken up and reports submitted by such teams include all the concerns of residents. Residents inclusion is also required at this stage itself so that at later stages all of us do not have do the same exercise of escalating issues to Amrapali Directors and inviting such visits again.

We appreciate the fact that this agreed protocol was followed by including AEP Maitri Nyas Volunteers when Ranjan Singh visited from Electric Team, however in the recent visit by Gym Team couple of days back we were not informed of the visit even after explicitly being asked personally to you by one of our volunteer on 21-Jul a day before Gym team visited.

We appreciate if going forward we follow the protocol of such visits which was duly agreed by Shri Mohit Ji. Please let us know your thoughts on this or suggest us if we need to discuss this again.
