Please find below the Minutes of Meeting Held with Mr Rajeev Ranjan on 13-Jun-2015
- 1) 10 Flat owners met Rajeev at 06:30 pm of 13-June for around 1 hour
- 2) Upon being asked what is the status of completion of finishing work which as per him was supposed to completed by 30-June-2015. His response was that he may not be able to meet this timeline and the finishing work would start off in a day or two and by 30-July positively he would get the things done
- 3) For Tower A Lift he mentioned that the glass has been ordered and the lift should be functional in 3-4 days of time
- 4) On being asked about the cleanliness of the basement parking, he instructed Hari Krishna to get that done on an immediate basis for all the 3 basements.
- 5) We asked Rajeev Ranjan Ji to give us a dedicated time slot where we can discuss with him the open construction issues. Shri Rajeev Ji has agreed for a 1 hour fortnightly meeting with him on Sundays from 06:00 pm to 07:00
- 6)We appraised Rajiv Ji about the fact that Personal Letters are being delivered at the society main gate to the security supervisor and thereafter letters are delivered later and in some cases not even delivered.
- 7) Referring to our demand for Letter Box Units on 05-Apr-2015 for each tower, Rajeev Ji confirmed that he would look into the request of Letter Box Units being setup for each tower. He would do a survey of the space to be allocated and work on the procurement of the units.
- 8) Rajeev Ji also updated that he would look into the issue reported of Meter getting tripped on DG Backup, he confirmed that he would try to get details on how DG backup is distributed and how this issue can be resolved.
- 9) We appraised Rajiv Ji about the cleanliness of the swimming pool area, he assured us that he would look into this matter and see what best can be done to keep this area clean.
- 10) Next Meeting with Rajeev Ranjan Ji tentative for 28-Jun 06:00 pm, will try to get confirmation by 26-Jun
