I really don't know who had send this email.I am just a passive reader being away. 

Also,I am neither in favor or against Maitri Nyas...but this email from RWS stating that it is not a Netagiri platform but keep criticizing Maitri Nyas, cultural initiatives etc...It left me with soar taste (which I know no one cares...thats fine)

Eden park is just a large group of 350 families... It can not be just united and force builder to complete the project instead of criticizing other groups!!!

During the period under the movement of Maitri Nyas , the things were definitely moving but in the wrong direction – from BAD to WORSE.  Since Maitri Nyas was created as a platform and started interacting with the builder till the time they failed miserably there was not a single word of opposition against them within the society. The only responsibility of Maitri Nyas was to coordinate with the builder and get our pending works done. However, the builder definitely was not even willing to talk to them which is confirmed by various Maitri Nyas members on public forum. Maybe the concerned members of the group coordinating with the builder should introspect why they were not able to keep a dialogue going. And because of this they lost relevance and started looking into Cultural Programmes! although there is a cultural committee in place who successfully organized various programs and also given an account of fund collected from residents after each event. The account of fund collected by Maitri Nyas is yet to the seen by the Residents.All of us can think and have a view on this. ŔWS is formed owing to reasons that Maitri Niwas failed to deliver. Large part of mature Maitri Nyas core group (including the Settler of Maitri Nyas) have been elected to the Ad-hoc committee (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Co-Treasurer are all Maitri Nyas core group). Weekly update of follow ups with builder are put on Notice Board since members do not want to be loaded with so many mails every day. Success or failure, RWS will update the Residents. No person / individual is getting highlighted by RWS but it is functioning as a group with collective roles and responsibilities. RWS is not a platform for Netagiri but a platform for Volunteers who just want to get our work done.

 Regarding parking, RWS is trying to formulate a system which is loop-hole free and covers the concerns / issues of all Residents. This matter is being discussed with the builder also with all possibilities.

 As earlier informed a Suggestion Book is kept at maintenance office, suggestion with respect to parking issue and for any other issue are welcomed. All are once again requested to put forth their suggestion ONLY in SUGGESTION REGISTER placed in the maintenance office.

All Residents are requested to avoid public domain like email, face book, whats app etc  which is also accessible/ visible by other than the people concerned with the issue raised. Because this creates only confusion and infighting.

Please reiterate the pledge taken during the New year eve

“ We will together make our EDEN park as EDEN in true sense.”

STOP FIGHTING AND BE UNITED to actualize the pledge taken.

Any resident who wants to contribute to make our society EDEN is welcomed.

I'm not against RWS and attended most of their cultural events. But I've yet to see results from it that shows they are working for residents. 

We're being pushed to pay maintenance charges and RWS hasn't followed up with builder about why fixed meter & DG charges are being levied even though they are part of maintenance cost and why is housekeeping being paid approx ₹ 5 lakhs per month when we've only handful of housekeeping folks. 

Please excuse me if above details have already been provided, I'm not updated. If not then on behalf of all residents, I request RWS to tell us what we've to do. It's time for me to recharge electricity and am being asked to pay maintenance and others have also faced this situation. 

Once I and other residents start seeing deliverables from RWS, they will happily start joining it. I'll be the first.

PS: I was Maitri Nyas member and want to clarify that Maitri Nyas's core team hasn't joined RWS except it's settler.  The information provided in earlier email is false.

I am asking this information but no one is replying. If any specific reason , same can be shared, after all we are also flat owner and at least should know who is office bearer and representing us.

Dear All

As a resident I am very confused now from the communication made on the behalf of RWS

The basis given at the formation of RWS was that Maitri-Nyas is not a legal entity and won't be able to deal with the builder legally. So RWS will be formed to avoid such situation and it will be Maitri-Nyas converted into RWS. Also, the process explained that it is only conversion from Maytri-Nyas to RWS.

As per my understanding, the same people are heading RWS who were creater (and head) of Mytri-Nyas

So my points for confusion are

- If Maitri-Nyas had made situation worst than ever and with same people heading RWS what will be the future situation

- And if purposed of RWS was to counter Maitri-Nyas wrong doing then why same people are heading RWS AND Why this was hidden from the residents at the formation of RWS

In any case, there were things projected wrongly in past and presented differently here... If this is not politics then I am not sure what was/is Motto

I hope that the fair communication shall prevail rather than just blaming others

Folks talking and patting their back about taking Pledge of Unity on New Year Eve and then sending such emails to create fractions in the society seems to benefit the residents trying to do Netagiri in AEP.
