Dear Members & Residents,

On pursue of few of our fellow members we are sending out the list of volunteers who have reached out door to door for the membership drive of the Nyas and take word of AEP Maitri Nyas to residents.

We are glad to work as a team and each one of us are designated with the tasks assigned to them. This list is still too short knowing the quantum of work we have and we need more volunteers to assist us reach the goals at better pace. Those who are interested are requested to reach out to listed volunteers and share the load as per their availability for the society welfare. Let us put in our efforts to make it a better place to Live.

                    We, the owner residents of AEP invested our lifetime earnings in the project with big dreams to possess a home of our choice and to get an ambience with good quality of living with safety, security, and mental peace. Firstly, the inadvertent project delays of months and years caused worries. And then, the possession of individual apartments, tower by tower, were almost forced on us with false promises of getting every fault corrected by those who were running the project.  In every apartment, we observe extremely poor quality of workmanship in construction- mismatched and loose tiles, shabby plumbing- the plating of which has already gone blackish, damp portions flaking off at different places, etc. Months gone, but the promised Shops, Gym, Club are nowhere near operation. Fire fighting system, water distillation etc still are not installed. Lifts are the life lines for high rising building such as ours, but it remains in repair for days and months, sometimes both in a tower. One can very well imagine the miserable conditions of the residents in higher floors and the senior citizens. Lifts as well as other critical facilities such as Diesel Generators would have been under productive and preventive maintenance contract with the manufacturers or reliable maintenance agencies. The management of AEP at the site seems not to be motivated enough to attend to the troubles of the apartment owners. By now AEP management would have completed the mandatory requirements of the project and the owners would have got the Registrations of their apartments done.

                              Under these circumstances, we needed a legal body to represent the residents against these flaws and shortcomings to the management of AEP and or other administrative authority to have harmonious living in the complex. A.E.P. मैत्री न्यास may provide some solace and hope through the rightful representation of the member residents, and the management of AEP will take its representation seriously, which will be in our interests and well being of the Society. 

 

Our endeavor would be to have all the residents of AEP as ONE AEP Family represented by AEP Maitri Nyas.

Finally we are happy to announce to our delight that the formation of AEP Maitri Nyas has been formalized via due Registration.

To mark this milestone we would like to call out a meeting of the fellow residents on 28-Jun @ 10:00 in Club House to discuss the way forward.
