amqp-js and cappuccino work together!

Dan,

It took many more hours of messing around and patching cappuccino, but I finally got it working.

I'm going to clean up the patches and submit them to the cappuccino folks and write up a little how-to for them. I'll drop a link to the how-to on this list for anyone else who is interested.

Of course, websockets will obviate all of this Flash nonsense... ;)
