Hi, I seached metagomic raw data n ncbi and found some sra labeled with RNA metagenomics. So I wonder if those data can be used with this tool?

Dear user,
One possible suggestions is for you to assemble and predict the small proteins by side using, for example, trinity and fraggenescan / glimmer and then submit the small proteins to Macrel directly. That's a workaround that should do the trick.
