Hi I ran into a message when I used macrel on my peptide sequences :

/root/anaconda3/envs/macrel/lib/python3.6/site-packages/sklearn/base.py:315: UserWarning: Trying to unpickle estimator RandomForestClassifier from version 0.22.1 when using version 0.24.2. This might lead to breaking code or invalid results. Use at your own risk.

  UserWarning)

how could I fix this to ensure my analysis ran well?.

Dear Percy,

This warning is due to the different versions of scikit-learn used to generate the pickle model and the version used for the prediction of results.
We extensively tested macrel using the current settings and there is no reason to worry with this message. A quick way to make this message
go would be downgrading the scikit-learn version to 0.22.1, although it may lead to broken pipelines in your system, and therefore, we do not
recommend it. In the future, we intend to improve the code to eliminate this warning. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Best,
Celio
