New Release of Macrel (v.1.0.0)

There are some announcements to make before leaving for a brief recess. 

Macrel now has a published reference:

There was the releasing of Macrel v.1.0.0 available via conda and github to coincide with the publication version. The big user-visible change is adding README.md files to the output directories documenting the output files. You can access this new version by using this link below:
