Issue with macrel & onnxruntime

Due to a helpful user report, we realised that there in a bug in recent versions of onnxruntime, which we use in macrel. This shows up in that macrel will not predict anything as AMP.
I submitted a patch to fix the conda package (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/66901), but until that is accepted, please either manually downgrade or use the attached pixi.toml file to run macrel
