Not sure if you are talking about the solutions for the exercises or the examples.

If you are looking for the example mod. file and data. file, they are listed in AMPL website.

We do have available some material on the solutions to the exercises in the
AMPL book. However, to help instructions who may want to assign some of
these exercises to their classes, we only give out this material to someone
who is teaching a course using the book, or who has some other appropriate
need -- for example, someone who has purchased AMPL and needs to learn it on
their own for a business or sponsored research project.

So our general policy is that we ask people to provide us with a written
request that explains the details of their situation. Then in response to
all appropriate requests we send what exists in the way of a guide to
exercises.

I am actually doing my PhD in the cloud computing project, University
of Surrey, UK.
Could you please send me the form to fill in this request. Or, How
could I send you this request? Can I ask my Supervisor to send you a
