Hello Mr Robert,

I previously aks you how to used warm start in AMPL.
You tell me to use those commands to write the data file:

printf "var " >result.out;
display Y >result.out;
.......
close result.out;

But I don't remember how to write the commands to make the data file read by AMPL to use it at the next solve.

Best regards.

You can use a "data" statement to read the file that you have written:

data result.out;

The command to activate your license given the UUID should be invoked from the AMPL prompt as follows:

ampl: shell "amplkey activate --uuid <uuid>";

Hi,
I have a purchashed AMPL license  but when I run it I had this statement (see the screenshot in the attached file).
Please could you help me to know what to do to be able to execute AMPL?

Best regards,

Viviane

Dear Viviane,
It looks like the # symbol is affecting the normal behaviour of the IDE.
Can you rename the folder from AMPL#3 to AMPL_3?
Best regards,

Nicolau
