hi,

I have just updated AMPL. I run a model with cplex. I get the following error:

exit code 18446744072635810101

the program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling to fix this program

my model is solved with Gurobi but not with CPLEX.

The VCRUNTIME140.dll should be inside your ampl folder. Please check your folder and make sure the dll is in the folder. You could download ampl from https://ampl.com/try-ampl/download-a-free-demo/#windows and copy the dll if it is missing.
