documented ampl example of: implementation of "Lagrangean relaxation" and "Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition"

Good day;

I have been going through the examples attached to this mail, provided
in ampl web side.

The scripts provided for "Benders decomposition", "Dantzig-Wolfe
decomposition" and

"lagrangian relaxation" are not well cleared due to lack of
documentation of them.

Please iss there any well documented examples of these techniques in
the ampl web side?
