Ipopt 3.11.8 binaries for major platforms (Linux, Mac OS X and Windows) are now available for download as a part of release of open-source AMPL solvers and libraries.

It is built with MUMPS and linear solver loader, so you should be able to load other solvers dynamically. I haven't tried the latter though.
