Hello, look, I have a problem in AMPL, I always try to fix it but I can't find the mistake, if you can help me see the error I would be very grateful

D:\ampl>ampl IEEE24.run
Error at _cmdno 1 executing "solve" command
(file IEEE24.mod, line 27, offset 580):
error processing var Pg[...]:
        no data for set GEN
