i am using cplex to solve my problem. it works in small data but if i use larger dataset this error shows: EXCEPTION_VIOLATION_ERROR
and shows me a dialogbox that says an internal error occured
this error occur when gap is 0.02%. is it relevant to engine settings???

this is the engine log:

This appears to be a crash in the CPLEX solver. So that we can better understand the problem, please provide the entire log listing, beginning with "CPLEX 12...." and running through the end of the listing including the error messages; note that some additional error messages may appear after you close the dialog box. After that we may need copies of your files, to reproduce the problem on our computers; if you can easily provide the files now, you may include them as attachments to your reply.
