One man decided to change this narrative— Jamal Siddiqui, an IT professional from Eastern UP. Having personally witnessed the struggles of students in his homeland, he embarked on a mission to transform their futures. While working in Mumbai and KSA, Jamal remained deeply connected to his roots and took it upon himself to create opportunities for aspiring students.

Under Seva Education Trust, Jamal and his dedicated team facilitated the migration of students from Eastern UP to Mumbai, ensuring not only their admission into reputed colleges but also providing accommodation, mentorship, and career guidance. His unwavering commitment led him to Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), whose support enabled financial aid for several students, further fueling their dreams.

❇️ The Birth of IndiaZakat.com: A Game Changer in Education ❇️
The defining moment in this mission came with the launch of IndiaZakat.com during Ramzan 2020. This groundbreaking Zakat-based crowdfunding platform became a beacon of hope, transforming aspirations into achievements.

In the past four to five years, IndiaZakat.com has played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of over 150 students, many of whom have graduated from Seva Education Trust’s centers in Bhiwandi and Andheri Sakinaka.

Through this initiative, Jamal and his brother Masihuddin successfully raised essential funds to enroll students in IT and Computer Science programs. Today, those once-struggling students have become professionals working across India and abroad. Not only have they secured their futures, but they are also giving back—supporting new students and becoming pillars of progress for the nation.

Encouraged by this success, Jamal and his team launched a new educational center, extending their reach to empower even more students. Once again, IndiaZakat.com played a crucial role in raising the necessary funds to bring this vision to life.
