ERROR: ampache.cfg.php doesnt exist and dont have write permissions

HI everyone
I installing ampache over fedora and the install check of ampache found this and mark it like at error
i just have confg/ampache.cfg.php.dist and if i do mv config/ampache.cfg.php.dist config/ampache.cfg.php all the interface crash
i try to change the permisions with chmod 777 change owner to apache:apache with the recursive option in config/ but it doesnt work maybe becouse the file is missing if i add a ampache.cfg.php file without remove the .dist it happen the same the interface crash 
what i have to do now?

Changing owner and permissions requires superuser permission, you should either be root, or use "sudo".

HI Erez. yes i try with sudo almost like root but its rare becouse is doesnt work i mean the permissions of the file change but when the install ampache assistant check send me a error in that point
