Amp presentation preview

Here are the draft slides for the local Ruby user group on Tuesday. I
expect I'll change some things, but I thought some early feedback
might be useful. This is targeting about 30 minutes. I plan to add
some time for RubyConf by livecoding the custom command example, but
suggestions for other material that should be covered are most
welcome.
