AMP Tasks Reminder

Hi everyone!

I hope you had a great holiday break and I understand that some of you may still be on break. This is an email reminder that if you haven't done some of the tasks below, please do it ASAP. Or if you completed it and it's sitting in your draft, please send it, or if I missed it in my inbox, please resend it.

1. Welcome AMP Students survey - Fill out the "Welcome AMP Students" survey on or before December 27, 2022, with this link https://forms.gle/VShHQ1AVRoDQQbeN8. We will use the information collected to coordinate clinical shadowing, MCW-CW medical student mentor matches, and more! (1 student still needs to complete this task)
   
2. Media Release & Photo Release - We would like to release your name and your photo on MCW-CW's social media platforms & NC AHEC's newsletter. Everyone must complete the Media Release form (attached to this email; feel free to send a photo of the signed form) so we know your preference for sharing your name & photo on social media and newsletters. Please send in a photo too if this is something you're comfortable with. I recommend a headshot of you wearing an office appropriate top with a neutral background. (5 media forms were received and 3 photos were received)
3. "Wicked Problems" enrollment process - If you still need help please reach out. I plan to check in on this task next week Wed, Jan 4th, during our first AMP orientation. If you see fees posted on your school account, please send a screenshot over so I can start the scholarship process for you. Below is an example/photo of the itemized course fees for your reference.
